A Sara Porter died on May 9th. She was fifteen years old, she died in a car crash." Sara was a passenger in a 1996 Chevrolet Astro van." When the crash happened Sara and Jennell Coffin were in the "backseats and not wearing seat belts." Sara was taken from the car and rushed to Albany Medical Center. The driver of the car "allegedly crossed the center line on Route 8" then hit a mail box and drove off the road, ran into trees, flipped over in a ditch and landed in water. All of the other passengers in the car "were not seriously injured." This shows that you need t beware of who is driving you places. You need to be safe when you are in the car and ware a seat belt.
